As a family-first company, we will be spending as much time as we can over the festive period with our loved ones, as we hope you will be too! However, rest assured that emails and telephones will be monitored during the school Christmas break, with the following exceptions:
Christmas Eve – half day (closing from 12pm)
Christmas Day – closed
Boxing Day – closed
New Year’s Day – closed
(We will be monitoring messages in case of emergency during these periods)
As we approach the end of another school term and calendar year, we want to take this opportunity to reflect on our joint achievements and express our gratitude for your hard work and dedication to keeping your school running smoothly.
2024 has been filled with challenges and triumphs, and your participation has been instrumental in driving not only your school’s success, but our success too!
Business Growth:
We have seen significant growth in our client base this year, with an increase of 160 Trusts and schools joining us. With this comes strategic decisions and innovative approaches that will mean we continue to serve all our clients with our cost-effective, quality service…

Team Achievements:
Our teams have excelled in various projects, delivering exceptional results and exceeding client expectations. Special recognition goes to our DPO Team for their outstanding performance supporting schools with over 892 data breaches, 671 SARs, and 181 data decisions. Our DPIAs saw a huge 74% increase on last year with 73 being completed. Not to mention the many compliance checks and audits the team have undertaken. And we haven’t even tried to count the number of emails and phone calls responded to! 🏆
Our training team have supported (through our online training platform) a staggering 11,922 school staff course completions across Cyber Security, Data Protection and Safeguarding training courses – what a superb result!
We have also run onsite and remote staff training sessions throughout the year. And have developed a number of new training courses focused on different data protection topics such as SAR management and How To Be A Data Protection Champion.
We recently launched a new SAR Redaction Service for schools and MATs, of which we will be sending out more information in the New Year.
Finally, we would be remiss not to mention the team involved in launching our ‘After School Sessions’ with a successful first in a sequence of training events – Safeguarding and Data Protection – that took place in our Gloucestershire HQ in November.

Community Engagement:
We have strengthened our commitment to corporate social responsibility, participating in several initiatives that have made a positive impact on our community.
We continue with our SME Climate Hub Commitment and hope to carry on reducing our emissions into the new year and beyond. In doing so, our target is to achieve net zero by 2030.
We’re incredibly proud to have partnered with The Ocean Network in support of Surfers Against Sewage, an exciting relationship for us as we become a voice for the ocean by helping protect the UK’s unique coastal environment – a cause that is close to our hearts.

Strategic Goals for Next Year:
As we plan for the upcoming year, we focus on launching our new portal (unashamed teaser), increasing our team to best serve you, whilst aiming to build on our successes, and explore new opportunities with our partnerships to support our clients with even more cost-effective, high quality services.
This includes our SchoolPro Safety brand with a range of Health and Safety services that successfully launched in September of this year, as well as our upcoming SchoolPro Safeguarding brand, due to launch early 2025.
Upcoming Events:
We have several important launches and events lined up, including further FREE After School Sessions at our HQ in Staverton, Gloucestershire; which will provide valuable networking and learning opportunities. The next session will focus on SENDCo Support, date TBA🗓️ .
