Thanks to your feedback, we have now launched a redesigned Training Administration Dashboard.

When you log on to the platform as normal and if you need to access our Training Administrator Guide (the same link as before), everything will be updated for you. If you have any questions after accessing the guide, please contact our admin team at contact@schoolpro.uk or call 01452 947633 (option 2).

📃A Simplified Enrolment Process:

• Course Enrolment tab- all enrolment functions in one place – no more course by course enrolment admin!
• Streamlined process for adding users
• User-friendly tick-box ‘wizard’ to assign and re-assign users to courses
• Update staff information and send password reset emails directly from the dashboard
• Schedule email reminders to keep training completion on track

🔁Improved Admin Power in Reporting and Resetting:

• Enrolment Admins can now reset course progress at full trust, school, course level or for individual staff members (no need to email us or ask staff to self-reset anymore!)
• Reset history and past course completion certificates automatically saved in-platform
• See course progress in real-time with clear, intuitive dashboards
