The consultancy time can be utilised in the best interests of your school and is therefore bespoke. Example activities for the use of the time are:

1. Attendance data analysis
2. Attendance monitoring
3. Completion of an Action Plan
4. In school parental meetings
5. Monitoring of the action plan (where an audit has been completed)
6. Training of key personnel

Reports will be produced after every visit for evidence purposes.
