They have also confirmed that staff should conduct refresher training using this course on an annual basis.

I’ve just completed it and it was easy to complete and informative and served as a good refresher on key points regarding keeping data secure. It was also presented in a much more user friendly manner than some of my other clients had me do back in 2018 when GDPR first came into effect!
I actually thought it was much more engaging than the material I had to read for other clients. One provided me with half a tree of paper and a highlighter pen!
