With 17 years of teaching experience including 9 years as a senior leader across secondary and primary education, I bring a wealth of expertise in shaping inclusive and effective learning environments. My leadership roles spanned key areas including behaviour, SEND, curriculum design, and timetabling.  Along with the talented staff team, ELPG is both strategic and responsive to diverse learner needs. As Director, my aim is to create an environment where staff and learners thrive.
