With a strong background in managing SAR, FOI, and data breach requests across a Multi-Academy Trust, Alisha is an expert in her field. Previously supporting 22 Data Protection Leads across a large Trust, Alisha naturally brings with her the skills to provide hands on support and a high-level of knowledge to guide and support compliance, document redactions, and complex SAR’s. Alisha’s experience has also involved the development of process flows and best practice procedures to enhance efficiency and GDPR compliance within educational settings.

With her First-Class Honours degree in Psychology – Specialising in Educational and Developmental Psychology, Alisha started out her career within the private health sector supporting the NHS with financial reporting and care data management, gaining valuable experience in data management, confidentiality, and compliance.
