Jess is a highly qualified educator with a Doctorate in Education from UCL IOE, Department of Curriculum, Pedagogy and Assessment. With over 10 years of experience in secondary school senior leadership, largely in London, Jess has a deep understanding of curriculum development and implementation.

She is an experienced timetabler with an eye for cost saving strategies.
