We will be using this page to provide information on our new Data Protection Portal which will be launching later in January 2025.
As we get closer to the launch date, we will be providing more and more detailed information to get your ready to move across from our current data protection portal. And if you don’t use our system already, this will give you a clear picture of what the system will be capable of before you contact us for a subscription.
One thing we have been clear of, however, is that if you are used to our existing system, the new software will feel very familiar. It will have all of the current system features but with additional features and benefits beyond that.
New dashboard reporting analytics including KPIs
New reporting features for exporting reports to SLT, Governors, or Trustees
New Freedom of Information logging tool
New user access control (e.g. creation of Governor/Trustee users for strategic oversight)
New information available through breach/SAR/data decision logs including identification of assigned DPO for each incident
Future Wonde integration for staff data syncing
Enhanced flexibility for future developments and upgrades based on DPO and client feedback
Integration into wider ecosystems, including modules on:
Health & Safety,
Safeguarding,
Performance Analytics,
Attendance and Behaviour Insights, and
SEND Provision Mapping

Rest assured, we are working tirelessly to make your transition to the new portal smooth and hiccup free so that your service is uninterrupted and remains our top priority. We are creating downloadable training guides to support this transition, and will also be hosting live Teams sessions showcasing the features of the portal and how to navigate them.
